CANCELLATION POLICY

In an effort to best serve our clients and ensure a mutually beneficial experience, everyone at The Collective enforces a cancellation policy. Any Cancellation or Reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur an automatic fee equivalent to 50% of the services booked. No-Shows: Any No Call-No Show will automatically be charged 100% of the scheduled services cost from the card on file. We understand that things come up and schedules change, especially when booking months out, but please be courteous and give proper notice.
